Terms and licence

The full terms of sale and licence agreement are being finalised. The structure below reflects what they will cover.

Licence grant

A purchase grants an annual licence to install and use the plugin on the number of sites included in the plan, with one activation per WordPress install.

Licence states

  • Active: Tracking allowed. Events are sent, updates are delivered and support is available.
  • Expired: New conversion tracking is not allowed. Renew to resume event delivery, updates and support.
  • Disabled: New conversion tracking is not allowed. The licence has been deactivated and no new events are sent.

Updates and support

Plugin updates and email support are provided while the licence is active, and end when it expires or is deactivated.

Acceptable use

The plugin may be installed on stores you own or manage on a client's behalf. It may not be resold, redistributed or bundled as part of another product.

Refunds, liability and governing law

These sections will be published in full before the plugin is offered for sale. No commitment is made here that could be relied on as a final term.
