How activations and renewals work
A licence key is entered once per site. The plugin shows its status, plan and remaining activations in WordPress.
- Active
- Tracking allowed. Events are sent, updates are delivered and support is available.
- Expired
- New conversion tracking is not allowed. Renew to resume event delivery, updates and support.
- Disabled
- New conversion tracking is not allowed. The licence has been deactivated and no new events are sent.
What counts as a site. One activation per WordPress install. A staging copy of a store uses its own activation, and deactivating a site frees the slot for another.
Moving up a plan. If you outgrow your activations, upgrade to the next plan — Growth covers 5 sites and Agency covers 25. Get in touch and we will sort the difference.
Renewals. Licences run for one year. Tracking, updates and support continue while the licence is active.

What happens when my licence expires?
New conversion tracking stops. The plugin stays installed and your settings are kept, but no new events are sent, and plugin updates and support end. Renewing restores all three.
Can I move my licence to another site?
Yes. A licence has a fixed number of activations rather than a permanent tie to one domain. Deactivate the licence on the site you are leaving to free the activation, then activate it on the new site.
Can agencies use it on client stores?
Yes. Growth covers up to 5 activations and Agency covers up to 25. Each client store uses one activation, and the setup steps are the same on every store.
How are updates delivered?
Through the standard WordPress updates screen, like any other plugin, for as long as the licence is active.
